List or claim your care home

Create or claim an accurate profile so families can understand the home and contact the provider directly. Search first to avoid submitting a duplicate.

1. Search for the home. Use Find Care to check whether a profile already exists. If it does, use the claim option on that listing.
2. Prepare the details. Gather the licensed name, physical address, public phone number, website, license number, capacity, services, factual description, and current photos. The Listing name field is optional; when it is left blank, the address is used as the listing name.
3. Create your account. Register with an email address you monitor, then follow the account prompts.
4. Add or claim the profile. Complete the required fields and include only information you are authorized to publish. Avoid guarantees, unsupported medical claims, or language that implies state endorsement.
5. Preview before submitting. Review the public-facing preview carefully. Check the name or address title, location, phone, website, services, description, and photos before submission.
6. Claim, prepare, and activate your listing. A new listing stays private while you prepare it and publishes automatically after Stripe confirms an active $49/month subscription. An eligible unclaimed listing connects to your account immediately after registration or sign-in. It becomes private until its regular listing subscription is active. 7. Keep it current. Update contact details, services, availability language, and photos when they change. Basic factual corrections can be reported through the Contact page.
