PersonalCareHomes.net helps families search for personal care homes and connect with providers directly. Here’s exactly what that means — and what it doesn’t.
PersonalCareHomes.net is built for two groups: families and caregivers looking for a personal care home for themselves or a loved one, and personal care home owners and operators who want to be found by those families. Everything on this site is organized around making that connection faster and clearer.
We’re a paid advertising directory. Care home owners pay a monthly subscription to create and maintain a listing on this site — photos, care types, services, amenities, and contact details. That subscription revenue is how PersonalCareHomes.net operates. Searching the directory and contacting providers is free for families; we don’t charge families to browse, search, or send an inquiry.
It’s just as important to be clear about what this site is not. PersonalCareHomes.net does not vet, inspect, license, certify, or endorse any care home listed here. Listings are created and maintained by the home’s own owner or operator, and the accuracy of that content is their responsibility, not ours. We are not a placement agency, a referral service, and we do not receive referral fees for connecting a family with a specific home — we simply provide a directory and a way to send a message.
We also aren’t a medical, legal, or financial advisory service. The guidance in our resource articles is meant to be genuinely useful and general in nature, but it isn’t a substitute for advice from a doctor, elder law attorney, financial planner, or your state’s licensing agency.
We ask care home owners to list only accurate, current information, and we review listings before they go live to check that submissions are complete and reasonable. That review is not an inspection or a guarantee of quality — it does not substitute for your own research, licensing checks, and an in-person visit. We’d rather a listing be plain and accurate than polished and misleading, and we take reports of inaccurate listings seriously.
When a family submits an inquiry through a listing or our general contact form, the details they provide are shared with the relevant care home (or, for general questions, handled by our support team) so that home can follow up directly. We don’t control what happens after that — the home you contact is responsible for its own response, scheduling, and communication.
Search, compare, and contact providers at no cost, ever.
Care home owners write and manage their own profiles.
We don't vet, endorse, or earn referral fees for any listing.
