Two types of information on this website
Directory listings
Care-home listings may be created from public records and directory sources or maintained by an authorized owner or operator. Provider-supplied details may include contact information, services, amenities, photographs, and pricing. An unclaimed directory record does not imply that the home supplied or approved its contents. Confirm current details directly with the provider and official licensing sources.
New owner-created listings: A new listing remains private while the owner prepares it. After Stripe confirms an active $49/month listing subscription, the system publishes the listing automatically. PersonalCareHomes.net may review listing content before or after publication for completeness, obvious inconsistencies, and compliance with our terms, and may hold, edit, suspend, or remove content when needed. This review is not an inspection, licensing check, certification, endorsement, or guarantee.
Claims for existing directory listings: An eligible unclaimed listing connects to the claimant's account immediately after registration or sign-in, without a separate approval step. Only an owner, administrator, or authorized representative should claim a listing. The claimed listing becomes private until its regular listing subscription is active. Listings already managed by another owner cannot be claimed through this flow; contact us for assistance. Account connection is not verification of the claimant's relationship to the home, a licensing check, inspection, certification, endorsement, or guarantee. We may review, correct, suspend, or remove inaccurate or disputed listings.
Families should confirm important information directly with the provider and review the applicable state licensing record before making a care decision.
Providers are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and current. A paid, claimed, enhanced, or featured listing does not receive more favorable editorial treatment and does not mean that PersonalCareHomes.net recommends the provider.
